Improve your running skills by committing to 5 endurance classes including technique, strength and running tests to record your progress and learn to run faster with using less energy!

Within 5 trainings you will learn how to strengthen your running posture and how to use it to become faster with using less energy. Furthermore we practice different running techniques for sprints, 400m and 1000m. And you learn how to properly warm-up and stretch. Within the longer WOD’s you improve your stamina and you can put the technique into practice!
